The Study about Public Value of Human Network Mentoring Project

Abstract

|
Because the government`s budget is limited, it is necessary to ensure the validity of the investment for the human network mentoring project and to identify appropriate scale by estimating the public value of it. This study has employed the contingent valuation method to estimate the public value of the human network mentoring project. According to the estimation results, annual willingness to pay per household was estimated at 3,663.5 won. In addition, among nine detailed purposes, weights of the establishment of cooperation and support system was the highest and its willingness to pay per household was 1,312.7 won annually.
